Age 7 - 11 years 9:30am - 10:30am (Beginners / Intermediate)
This session provides an opportunity for young players to try a new sport. It will focus on learning skills needed for badminton. The players will be introduced to grips, technique, the shots needed for the game, scoring and play lots of fun games.
Age 11 - 16 years 10:30am - 11:30am (Intermediate / Emerging)
This session works on previous skills learnt such as shots, movement and grips but provides more information to advance their play. There will be match play and focus on tactics. Not suitable for new players to the game.
